What to do on entering site
As you enter site, slow to 25km/hr.
Drive onto weighbridge at maximum speed of 10km/hr, and stop.
Wait in vehicle, for site staff to assist you.
You will be asked what types of materials you have for recycling or disposal, and staff will direct you to the appropriate areas.
Visitors may be asked to queue, and are requested to follow directional signage in place.
At AHRWMA, we take our responsibility to the safety of people seriously.
All visitors to resource recovery centre must observe site safety requirements and dress for safety, including wearing enclosed footwear at all times. AHRWMA also recommends for your safety, wearing long pants, protective glasses such as sunglasses, sun protection and protective gloves. For heavy loads, bring a friend or family member to help you unload.
Children under 12 and family pets must remain in your vehicle at all times.

Please be advised that the Authority’s landfill and Resource Recovery Centres will remain open throughout the
lock-down period for commercial contractors; and construction, maintenance and the repair of essential infrastructure services.
